Overseas Purchase Agent Record on The Market Procurement Trade and Opening Account and Settling Account 

第一步：准备好本人护照、外籍商友卡。外籍商友卡向当地派出所申请办理。

First step：please prepare passport and Foreign Citizen Card.  Apply Foreign Citizen Card to Local Police Station.

第二步：本人持护照、商友卡向商务部门申请办理境外采购商备案，获得《市场采购贸易境外采购商备案表》。地址：福田路288号国际贸易服务中心2号窗口。 

Second step: please take passport & Foreign Citizen Card in person to International Trade Service Centre apply for the record-”Registration Form of Overseas Agent for The Market Procurement Trade ”. Detailed Add：NO.2 service window，in International Trade Service Centre，NO.288 FUTIAN ROAD, in YIWU.

第三步：本人到银行网点现场申请开立境外采购商个人外汇结算账户。具体咨询银行网点现场工作人员（全市各大银行均可）。

Third step: please apply to the bank for opening individual foreign exchange settlement account in person. Please consult your bank for details. ( All the major Banks in the city are available. )

第四步：向银行申请结汇。 

Forth step: apply to the bank for foreign exchange settlement.
